These SMS Terms and Conditions of Use reflect the way our services – INFOPRODUTOS are presented to our users and what laws, regulations or policies are applied. Thus, the information below:

What do we expect from you?  Transparency, clarity and respect when using our services.

What can you expect from us?  Respect, clarity, honesty and access to provide our service (SMS) with absolute transparency – whether in these terms or access to information.

What can you expect from our content?  Information and tips on the financial market and services to improve financial life, our partners in the same scope and in the investment sector.

It is noteworthy that the understanding of these terms becomes necessary to ensure our services and relationship with our users, including for their acceptance.

Always aiming to ensure the transparency of our services – Info-products, with users, in addition to these terms, we make available our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and General Terms of Use.


– “TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE” – SMS, comprises any situation or agreement in which MMV – Memivi, sends one or more text messages in relation to the services of Info-products.

– “USER”, is any individual – aged 18 (eighteen) years or older, sole holder and holder of a valid telephone number registered in the country of origin – in any of the authorized and regulated operators by the competent organs in telecommunications of the country, provided by the same in our “QUIZ”.

– “OPT-IN” refers to register, register, request, agree and consent to the receipt of one or more SMS – Text Messaging Service, from our team.

We are arrested by the “unique” relationship with our USERS, therefore, these terms are conditional on the user’s waiver to compress any COLLECTIVE ACTION, yet, if there is disagreement of the USER in part or in all these terms, we will present the arbitration solution prior to any judicial settlement.


By registering in our “QUIZ”, clicking on “Opt-In”, you agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use of SMS – Text Messaging Service, Privacy Policy and General Terms of Use. In addition, it declares to be the holder, subscriber and sole owner of the telephone number provided at the time of registration, authorizing the receipt of SMS – Text Messaging Service and stating that it is 18 (eighteen) years or older.


The firing of SMS – Text Messaging Service, with the contents of Info-products is available to the Telecommunications Operators registered in the competent organs of the user’s country of origin.


To ensure transparency in the offer of content with info-products through SMS – Text Messaging Service, we provide an indirect trigger activated with the word “STOP”, so you will no longer receive SMS – Text Messaging Service. However, if you return to “QUIZ” and re-register your “ACTIVATE” phone number to receive new messages.


We use company technologies: TWILLO. INC and AKNA, to fire SMS – Text Messaging Service.


By agreeing to receive our SMS triggering – Text Messaging Service, and consent ing to data collection, you accept the conditions for processing, storing and sharing the data – telephone number, safeguards by laws or regulations of your country of origin, for example, CCPA, PIPEDA, GDPR among others.  However, you may at any time REPEAL consent at any time with respect to the processing and storage of the data by sending a message to the e-mail address [email protected].


The legislation applicable in this agreement will be that which is in force and in force in Canada, in the conflicts between the USER and the Information Portal (MMV – Memivi), will follow the order of preference of the resolution of disputes by Arbitration, protecting any legislation that is responsible for consumer protection in this province or country of origin.


In case of refusal in the composition of the Arbitration for resolution of conflicts with the USER, for us to resolve any legal disputes will be the province of Ontario – CA.
